Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager
CurrentAwin is a global affiliate marketing network empowering advertisers and publishers of all sizes to grow their businesses online.In my day to day role, I was responsible for:- Collaborating closely with the Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure all key processes are efficient, measurable, scalable, and on-track-Liaising with the departmental project owners and specialists to communicate status updates, flag bottlenecks, and establish plans to address issues- Ensuring clear and efficient working practices with other internal teams and remove duplication whenever it occurs- Working with data specialists to expose new datapoints to tell the story of the department's successes and enhance the understanding of our role within the wider company- Utilising Power BI, Power Automate, Asana and other relevant tools to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve partnership operations and drive business value- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives- Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for the department- Identifying and monitoring potential risks to the success of strategic partnerships and developing mitigation strategies to enable proactive management- Collecting and analysing customer feedback to inform improvements in partnership operations and ensuring stakeholder insights are integrated into the decision-making process
