As the Policy Manager for Skills and Future of Work at techUK, I have five years of experience in advocating for the UK's technology sector. I hold an MA in International Relations with Distinction from the University of Sussex and a BA(Hons) in International Politics with First Class Honours from Aberystwyth University. Whilst studying in Aberystwyth, I received the International Politics Department's Dissertation Prize.I lead techUK's Future of Work workstream, which explores the implications and opportunities of digital transformation in the world of work. I work with stakeholders from government, industry, regulators, academia, trade unions, and civil society to equip people and businesses with the skills and conditions needed to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. I also support techUK's work on digital skills, talent and diversity. My mission is to ensure the UK has a world-leading tech workforce that is diverse and inclusive, and that the whole country can harness the power of new innovations as technology transforms the workplace.
