During my time with AKA I worked to implement several upgrades from older models of Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365. I sold a variety of Microsoft products including software, tablets, phones and gaming consoles. I provided technical support for a variety of issues including, but not limited to: malware, personal training, device installation and troubleshooting.

My work as Computers and Tablets Sales Lead involved selling computing products to a wide variety of customers while also providing internal and external customer support. I handled the organization of inventory in accordance with sales and promotions and act as supervisor when other leadership is not present. I was also the Employee of the third Fiscal Quarter for the year 2013.I was also employed by Geek Squad to provide customer service and technical support.

My work focused on accompanying Parole Officers. I interviewed parolees with regards to the previous transgressions and current status in the parole system.

My internship focused on accompanying the task force during felony warrant executions and high risk felony apprehensions and also the performance of field interviews.
