- Manage end to end payroll process for new hires, existing employees for each payroll cycle.- Provide reports: to senior officers on amendment tracker, pending report trackers and daily trackers, capacity utilization trackers etc.- Tracking of benefits for the employee and statutory and voluntary deductions: historical.- Manage exceptions through each payroll cycle when payments don’t reach the employee.- Distribute payslips: depends on employees request for online view or request reprint.- Pay slip reversal: when employees net pay is going under credit so that to make employees net pay positive.
