Directed multi-disciplinary team of more than 50 company executives and 1000 production employees, at India's leading CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) company, with annual revenue of US $52B. Spearheaded the development and implementation of tools, processes, and key performance indicators, establishing performance standards, targets and guidelines for continuous improvement, across multiple facilities. Employed FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational, mechanical and safety hazards throughout the facility. Implemented operational SOPs, standardizing work practices. Fostered promotional growth of employees and developed top-performing, customer-oriented teams.• Executed project launching a new product to the market, a multigrain flour. Utilized market research to identify consumer requirements, held initial trials, and transitioned factories into commercial production. New product was an immediate success among consumers, with sales improving seven-fold in less than a year.• Conceptualized and executed a reduction in packaging material thickness, resulting in annual savings of US $800k• Successfully facilitated over 25 HACCP/ISO audits, as well as numerous internal and corporate audits with no major non-conformities.
