1) Analyzing and Troubleshooting Networking, Database Management (MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle), Big Data Technologies, Various Operating Systems and SaaS Platforms2) Monitor and Respond to reported product issues from Internal or external sources and troubleshooting (i.e. Java Application).3) Supporting cloud-based environments for development, test, production and operations with high availability, scalability and fault-tolerance 4) Configuring and setting up SSL, SSH and SSO for the applications running Ephesoft products5) Troubleshooting and Diagnosing various technologies outside of Ephesoft Products (e.g. Hardware, Active Directory, MSSQL, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Apache web Server, IIS, etc.)6) Vmware Workstation Windows Server-2008, 2012 , 2016 and CentOS/Ubuntu/RHEL7) Management and setup new AWS infra for customer’s and support department.8) Training and training management for support team members (Technical & Ephesoft Transact Product Feature)9) Level 2 support team management (EMEA)
