I completed my thesis defense on 31 March.My job description was as follows:- Designed methodology for the conduct of the study.- Evaluated the suitability of appropriate tools and frameworks for data collection and analysis.- Adopted a mixed-method approach involving quantitative (survey) and qualitative(interviews).- Prepared a high-risk ethics application.- Translated the original tool and checked its applicability and validity to be used in specific population, culture and context.- Conducted a narrative literature review.- Conducted online surveys and interviews- Applied SPSS and R software for quantitative data analysis.- Used systematic coding and thematic analysis techniques for qualitative data analysis.

Experience:- Provided research support to staff and students opting to pursue research such as preparing application, discussed research methodology and statistical measures.- Communicated with staff and stakeholders pertinent to job roles. - Helped staff from the school with data entries and analysis for ongoing research.- Attended research meeting with staff and other research team in the school.

I participated in a trans-disciplinary design sprint on the topic "Decarbonisation and UN sustainable Development Goals" with other HDR students from different disciplines and background.

I entered in National Disaster Challenge competition with my idea of mobilising community leaders for risk reduction and resilience building of CALD communities and secured a Second Runner-up with a cash reward of $1000.
