Honored to be a Communications Consultant for Mission Critical Partners after 42 years of public service in police, fire and medical communications and dispatch delivery. Experience includes: CAD, Mobile, GIS Mapping replacement processes, mission-critical facility design development, communications operational and facility consolidation, personnel management, operational change management, training and related areas during 25 years of management. Privileged to have served in the capacity of: CA Chapter of NENA Executive Board - President, CA State 9-1-1 Advisory Board, CA POST Advisory Committee representing the Dispatch Advisory Council. Thankful to have served as an original Board Member of the Officer Rich May (EOW) Foundation, paying Officer May's legacy forward.Grateful for these experiences, as they have and do, facilitate the opportunity of meeting colleagues in the public safety community and beyond.
