I recently transitioned leaves administration to our internal call center and have assumed more extensive responsibilities in the benefits and retirement arenas, specifically with 401k, pension, deferred compensation and employee stock option programs, to mention a few. I will miss leaves administration because it was a passion for me but I know the call.
