My professional journey has provided me with valuable experiences that have shaped me into a dedicated and passionate worker.My educational background includes an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Guelph and an Early Childhood Education Diploma from Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. I am fluent in Serbo-Croatian and hold certifications, including Standard First Aid & CPR-C with AED and various specialist high skills major program certifications.During my tenure as a Behavior Clinician at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, I had the privilege of collaboratively working with a team to improve the skills of children, fostering comprehensive skill development and generalization across diverse environments. This experience honed my ability to deliver individualized behavioural interventions and employ data-based decision-making to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes. I actively engaged in parent coaching sessions and facilitated seamless learning transfer with schools to empower parents and ensure consistent support for children's progress.Beyond my childcare roles, I served as a Dance Instructor at the Serbian Cultural Association of Oplenac, where I promoted the Serbian language and folklore, fostering cultural awareness and stronger connections to heritage among a diverse group of students.
