Analyzed a set of medical records for elderly patients that our client had observed in the ER and outpatient facilities as potentially vulnerable post-discharge. Though medically ready for discharge, they often had a combination of less than ideal socioeconomic conditions. Teamed with the floor nurses to gather patient surveys, analyze medical notes/reports, and look for patterns of utilization in the medical records.

Helped setup murine behavioral assessment modalities for a new lab. Coordinated purchase and installation of behavioral conditioning equipment, installation and debugging of software, and training of on-site staff of experiment protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.

Developed and assessed murine brain trauma models for stroke, concussion and contusion for the purposes of testing potential therapeutic biological and chemical compounds. Helped establish fear conditioning modality among existing battery of behavioral tests of cognitive ability. Researched molecular sequelae of TBI using fluorescent microscopy, protein and RNA blotting methodologies, and flow cytometry at baseline and post therapeutic intervention. Helped plan resource use in growing team of technicians and on-boarded short term student interns. Contributed as coauthor in 11 major academic journal publications.

Led a team of eight committee members to design, market, and execute 20+ cultural events for the Boston College student body and in some instances open to the general public. Grew our reach by extending our marketing efforts across multiple channels and forums to consistently draw record event attendances culminating in a now annual intercollegiate VSA Ball, a ticketed dance event bringing additional revenue to advance our mission of inclusiveness and cultural learning.
