The following is a highly biased account from Jessica's partner in business and life, Ziggy Zubric: Jessica spends her days helping people learn. Her accomplished research career began with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology and a Master’s degree in the social sciences. She ran a research center at the University of Wisconsin and taught communication classes at the University of Louisville. With this strong educational foundation, she quickly launched a professional career with a passion for action grounded in research. From consumer research to corporate training, Jessica has worked with multi-billion dollar banks and the smallest of non-profits. For each she bring a focus on the customer experience whether that experience is ordering a pizza or learning how to sell bank products. Her expertise in qualitative methods and her vast research experience allow her to craft excellent survey instruments and conduct topflight analysis. She is an incredible focus group moderator, skilled at encouraging participants to explore their opinions, verbalize their internal values, and share their inner predispositions. She loves to be in a classroom helping participants get out of their comfort zones and learn new skills. Her superpower is organization – need a better process, Jessica can figure it out. Clients love her ability to truly understand their issues to ensure that their projects are always 100% on-target with their needs.
