I'm in charge of finance & controlling for Cambrai plant, one of the biggest production facilities of Royal Canin . My responsibilities cover CAPEX controlling, regular PNL reporting , non quality costs analysis, budget cycle animation and consolidation, diffusion of finance indicators on site.

-Industrial & general controlling for our german plant (2013-2016) and then our Beuvry plant including: ->costing model definition ->cost drivers identification & measurement ->product costing analysis & improvement-Transfer pricing management-Commercial controlling (budgets, forecasts and follow-up)-Financial management for the cosmetic branch of the group: cash forecasts, accounting management, reporting

I'm in charge of improving and coordinating pricing processes for commercial unit France. That means organising campaign price setting, manage exceptions, prepare and support business cases together with commercial, marketing & finance team. Final aim is giving price all demanded attention in the organisation, to have the smartest decisions taken in terms of profitablity (short and long term).
