My adult client hours were gathered mainly through my volunteer placement at Cotswold Counselling Services from 2015 to 2018 and additionally through my private practice since 2017. In 2014, I embarked on my career in counselling as a volunteer counsellor through Swindon MIND, working with clients with issues around Preservation Against Self Harm and Injury; SWADS. The Drugs and Alcohol addiction agency was my introduction to counselling from 2014 to 2015, then for three years with Cotswold Counselling working with a host of themes and clients.Coming from a background in teaching which spans 19 years, I worked also was employed as a Bereavement Service Lead Manager for a local children's bereavement charity working closely with bereaved children and their families who have been left to make sense of their experiences.
