Worked as Addl CEO In GeM SPV .Created Business request documents, process flow and all related standard operating process (SOP) .Important BRD Like Make in India, MSME and various enhancement in the current versions were conceptualised and documented. All these BRD were explained to tech team and helped them to create process flow and SRS(System Requirement Specification).Provided leadership to five DCEO in the field of automobile ,electrical engineering ,hospital consumables, mechanical and firefighting equipment and general office supply items .These five DCEO almost constituted 50% of the GeM work .The innovative work like vendor rating and buyer rating were initiated and accomplished .Technical team was guided for the audit trails and data integrity.Attended SCOGEM meeting of min of external affairs, Petroleum and Natural Gas, Ministry of earth science and Ministry of power to drive the GeM initiative in these Ministry and their PSU’s.Sessions on artificial intelligence and machine learning for the use of GeM was taken at various forums of conferences /seminars .GeM was presented on international conference of public procurement organised by PWC.
