▪ Was dealing with, Infosys, HCL, America, and ATOS Full time permanent & Contract requirement’s for different End Clients.▪ Searched the resumes of the consultants from the job portals like DICE, Corp-Corp, Monster., LinkedIn Search, X-Ray Linked In Search as well as experience with ATS (Ceipal, Job Diva)▪ Performed talent acquisition for full time and contract positions.▪ Source the candidates from Database on 1st priority and then search for alternatives through the job portals as the turnaround time used to be very quick.

• Collaborated with client hiring managers throughout the selection process to provide services including:• Work directly with Hiring Manager, to establish individual activity and results expectations• Create and execute sourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings• Help hiring managers make trade-offs between quality and speed• Interfaced with clients requiring staffing services to determine number of hires, salary, positions, and job descriptions for short-term, long-term,full time and temporary employees.• Sourced resumes to select best-qualified candidates and interviewed candidates to better assess qualifications and ascertain personality, personal character, and work ethic.• Validated applicants’ references and communicated with previous employers to qualify capabilities and verify work history.• Followed up with clients to evaluate temp employee performance and client satisfaction.• Partner with Management-level members of the Talent team to determine sourcing strategy to attract talent• Utilize advanced search techniques including Boolean search on LinkedIn, social media, job boards and employee referrals to uncover high quality underutilized talent pools

 We are dealing with TCS Client with Full Time. Searched the resumes of the consultants from the job portals like DICE, Monster and Job diva. Only Green Card, EAD and US citizens and TN visa Candidate sourcing on the portals. Souring and submitting the qualified candidates using the, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.  We are getting many position from the client Like (Data Modeler, Big data Developer/ Architect etc..) a part from SAP position we are getting many position from the client.

Responsibilities:- Was merely dealing with Mahindra Satayam and IB Technology Requirements requirement for different End Clients. Searched the resumes of the consultants from the job portals like DICE, Corp-Corp and Monster. Performed talent acquisition for full time and contract positions. Source the candidates from Database on 1st priority and then search for alternatives through the job portals as the turnaround time used to be very quick. Build up my own vendor Database for the H1B, Green Card, EAD and US citizens submissions  Souring and submitting the qualified candidates using the internal database, Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp and also LinkedIn, Google groups,  Follow up with interview status to consultants and keep track on the hiring process like sending on-boarding docs.
