A digital marketer looking for an opportunity to use prior hospitality experience to progress in a marketing position. I enjoyed learning about Social Media, SEO, Paid Search etc. during the digital marketing skills boot camp.My experience as Front of House in the Japanese restaurant has honed my teamwork and customer service skills. In addition, as a seasonal associate at Victoria’s Secret where my role involved assisting customers, restocking merchandise and maintaining a positive shopping environment helped me improve customer service, enhance organisational skills and strengthen my adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.I have particularly enjoyed learning about social media, SEO and paid search but I'm also open with any role in digital marketing. I'm really keen to apply the skills and knowledge that I have learned in the course. I also took a course in Business Administration which included market research, financial side and the production side of business. I hold online certificates in Microsoft Digital Literacy and Workplace Communication.
