Ww Operations Leader, Big Data Platform

- Responsible for WW sales operations of $90M and 100+ employee Big Data field sales organization.- Measurements, insights, impacts for strategy and go to markets for overall business.- Liaison between Operations, Finance, Strategy, Sales and Executive Leadership - Preparation and presentation of state of business reviews to software senior leadership (CFO, WW SVPs)- Remote people management of sales operations managers in Americas, EMEA and APJ- Impact analysis of strategic systems and tools planning & transformation - Ownership of all operational issue resolution to ensure revenue delivery & customer satisfaction- Accountable for quota setting, sales territory coverage management, deal forecasting, deal tracking, revenue recognition and revenue dispute resolution- Responsible for roll out of all key operational processes, systems and tools (ie. solutions selling, SFDC)- Responsible for presentation of Monthly Forecasts to executive leadership team- Responsible for mentoring and retaining top talent.
