And produce the shipping sheet, in order to provide the customer with the best service possible under optimum utilization of production equipment.Dispatch the Asphalt and ready-mix concrete in accordance with the shipping sheet paying particular attention to timely delivery, intervals & product codes as well.Obtains the availability of production equipment such as (number of trucks and pumps available for service, plant readiness and production capacity)Obtains the volume of Asphalt and ready-mix concrete to be delivered to pouring sites.Obtains the availability of raw materials & amount to be ordered.Confirm the shipping sheet and approve it from the Plant Sales & Production Manager.Maintain contact with the Mixer-Driver, Truck Foreman, Pump Foreman & Pump Crew to obtain all the relevant information on customer site such as location, site distance & suitability, equipment breakdown, rejected asphalt and concrete, pouring status & time intervals between pours.
