1996 – 1998: Largest Cement Plant in India: Conceived & executed SAP R/3 implementation in half the time and half the budget of the industry norm.1998-1999: Green field plant: Implemented SAP R/3 in 3 months despite infrastructural challenges- FICO & MM during Project stage of the Plant & other modules before commercial production. Introduced Portal1999-2006: Grasim- Cement Marketing (All India): Implemented SAP R/3 with optimal architecture for controls and flexibility that enabled aggressive business growth through robust IT infrastructure.- First NT/SQL cluster based SAP R/3 in India- Established a 24x7 Helpdesk (2001) that scales from Call Center to Solution Center.- Institutionalized People Development and Process Orientation to prevent crisis situations- Established a fully functional Disaster Recovery System for ERP between Hyderabad and Mumbai in 2001 much ahead of industry. Extreme flexibility to switch primary / secondary sites with max downtime of 30 minutes, achieved even globally by very few. Done in-house.
