• Identify legitimate resources and supplies in the form of tin concentrates to supply to Smelter. Prospecting trade opportunities from other non-ferrous metallic minerals such as ilmenite, zircon, monazite and mixed ore dumping. Trading activities include various non-metallic minerals such as silica sand, kaolinite clay and lime stone. • Produce investment appraisal on potential projects nominated by directors.• Treasury work including financial planning, monitor cash-flow, and negotiate currency exchange contract with banks. • Observe and monitor international commodity price movement, specifically in the tin market through LME or SMM. • Engage in routine operation management, proactive in maintaining business relationship with esteemed customers and suppliers, and broadening network connection whenever is possible. • Manage and maintain connection with associated treatment plant for mineral dressing whenever is necessary.• Profiling suppliers and customers for subtle due-diligence procedure, KYC and to perform risk-assessment and control.• Explore and provide recommendations to directors about possible hedging through derivative market.• Contracts negotiation including sales and supply agreement and as well to coordinate with logistic arrangement.• Ensuring stringent compliances with all legal regulations and ethical standards.• Assist in administrative tasks, management/financial account reporting.• Explore business opportunities, on site assignment, ancillary work, to monitor, observe and survey loading/unloading of cargo, weighing and sampling, and validating assay outcome. • Representing the company to attend to industrial meeting, seminar, conference and exhibition.• Maintain rigid ties and frequent interactive communication with relevant government departments, ie: Department of Land & Minerals, Department of Mineral and Geoscience, Department of Environment, City Municipal Office, Port Authority and etc.
