I’m obsessed with creating and achieving results, from work to my most treasured hobbies of quilting, reading self-development and inspirational books, and graphic design. These have all contributed to focusing on the importance of a healthy work-life balance, this is when I’m able to give my best and achieve the greatest results. I have a unique and extensive range of experience working with dental insurance and technology, and even more importantly, building meaningful relationships and caring for patients. Throughout my career, I have continuously assessed our systems to explore and implement protocols that will improve efficiencies, allowing for constant team growth and promoting a positive work atmosphere. I live by our core values of family, integrity, reliability, compassion, and commitment. This has allowed me to continuously build trusting relationships with multiple vendors, team members, and patients and it is the reason I have thrived in my career.
