I continuously strive for improvement in both my personal practice and in my projects. With a background in community development, I believe in working WITH people and communities, enabling their voices and lived experience to be at the centre of co-designing measures intended to improve their lives. My experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and those with lived experience of forced migration, trauma, and resettlement, is a particular strength of mine.
