Rio Cobre Juvenile Remand Center is a place for teens who have got into trouble with the law but are too young to go to prison. At the institute some of my responsibilities are: Maintaining the I.T lab Maintaining the Computers in the lab. Teaching the youths and adults at the center how to use computers. Teaching the youths and adults at the center how to use Microsoft Office Suite. Preparing lesson plans. Writing reports. Troubleshoot malfunctions of hardware and/or software applications for determining appropriate actions to maintain computer lab operations Diagnose, install, configure and repair computer systems and software. Install motherboards, processors, RAM and graphics cards. Resolve technical issues for clients in person, on the phone, and through e-mail. Being a positive role module for the youths Leading out workshops for the youths at the center.
