Worked as Manager–Operations, Business Development and responsible for the operation strategy of the Group Company. Reporting to Executive Director of the company.Involved in planning & execution of operational aspects of three new project of Zahara Group i.e Storage Terminal Plant, Grease & Lubricant Plant and Expansion project of Re-refining Plant.Prepared and presented key performance information for plant facility operation to senior management by utilizing financial metrics, key performance indicators, and objective-based planning. Developed a resource plan to ensure adequacy in employee numbers, skill level, on-going training and personal development for Grease and Lubricant Plant at Jebel Ali.Played a key role in getting the commercial production started for PowerPlus Grease and Lubricant FZC, a subsidiary of Zahara Group.Modified and automated the Daily production report and Monthly Production Report generation process through MS Excel for re-refining plant of the company.Prepared feasibility report (technical, marketing and financial) for three projects i.e Zahara Corporation FZC, Power Plus Lube & Grease FZC and Zahara Grease and Lubricant FZC which has played an important role in debt funding.Achievement:Analyzed the Bitumen and bitumen products market in Asia, GGC and African countries through secondary research.Delivered three Excel Training sessions under “ZAHARA VISION 2015” in the corporate office.Prepared presentation on “ UAE as a Bitumen Trade Hub” which has been presented in Asia-Pacific and Middle East Bitumen 2014 Conference.

Joined Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in July 2010 and Worked as a Pot Incharge in the Pot Room of capacity of producing 0.5 Million Tonne Aluminium. Got promoted to Assistant Manager on 2nd January 2011.Responsibilities undertaken as a Pot Incharge – Operation :Ensuring the Shift Operations like anode change, Beam Raising, 24 hour anode correction, covering of anode etc. as per SOPMeasurement of Bath Level and Metal LevelProviding recommendation for bath tapping as per the requirementProviding recommendation for Metal tapping and mixing of Aluminium to develop efficient grades.Constant review of the functioning of pots by monitoring the graphs and other parametersEnsuring smooth operation to keep a tab on the quality of Aluminium produced.
