Preliminary screening of resumes based on the clients requirements.Responsible for the full hiring cycle, analyzing the requirement received from the client/manager, sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling interviews, co-ordination till the candidate on board. Posting the requirements in the jobs sites like Naukri and Monster.Identify prospective candidates according to the skills required. Initial Screening of the Profiles and delivering the quality candidates to the clients. Sharing the JD with the candidate and making him as client desire candidate.Extensive follow-up of the candidate. Scheduling Face to face / Telephonic interviews and follow up on the feedback Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the panel.Getting the short listing done from the panel.
