As a dedicated member of Project Accounting, I manage the entire accounting lifecycle from project setup to closure, ensuring meticulous oversight of fund allocation tailored to customer requirements. My role encompasses processing invoices and revenue adjustments, handling end-to-end accounting processes, and reconciling billable expenses with the General Ledger to maintain financial integrity. I conduct comprehensive revenue analyses for various project types, including Time and Material and Fixed Price contracts, allowing for precise billing based on consultant timesheets and achieved milestones. Additionally, I oversee the transfer of labor and expenses between projects, set appropriate billing rates for consultants and contractors, and ensure accurate entry of pre-approved batches of time and expenses. My proactive approach to managing the financial aspects of projects not only supports timely invoicing but also strengthens our commitment to transparency and client satisfaction.
