Addressing key operational metrics including item availability, on-time, and in-full delivery, etc.Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal and external e-commerce systems and SOPs.Partner with the tech team to manage the implementation and evolution of our e-commerce operations capability.Play a key role in recruitment, training, development, mentoring, and upskilling the team internally and externally to function as per business needs.Visiting multiple stores to keep in check of the ground reality and passing feedback to team to improvise wherever possible.Working with stakeholders of key merchants to ensure that stock and prices are maintained accurately in order to reduce the cancellation and deployment of pickers for order processing wherever required.

Responsible for overall distribution, logistics, transportation, and store management systems.Able to use ERP/computer packages to monitor stock levels, order, and re-order goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicles.Distribute as per sales order and receive incoming materials as per challan. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.Managing transport, Store officers, drivers, helpers and security guards.Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing department in terms of time & delivery of items.Liaison with Central Distribution, Sales, and Accounts departments effectively To follow up on all inquiries, preparing proposals where necessary.Developing and confirming distribution schedules and vehicle routes.Assist in developing modern warehouse and Inventory policies and procedures.Prepare Product-wise daily and monthly statements as and when required.Ensure regular reporting on the warehouse and Inventory to the concerned authorityMaintain petty cash, Attendance Register, Stock Register, and Vehicle Log Book
