Current• Plan and organize material flow, production, quality, maintenance according to the requirement. • Management of manufacturing operation and coordinate with material flow. .• Preparation of Quality Standard, Process standard and Operation standard and maintain the documentation. • Implementation & Maintenance of TPM & TQM to the floor level. • Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.• Train new employees on inspection and repair procedure with operation standard. • Daily Maintain and achieved (%OEE, %LSPR, % GSPR) in Weld Shop & Paint shop.• Deploy operators based on skills & availability • Vendor Quality Development (Process and Product)..• Commission - Installation of Manufacturing Units (Weld Shop, Paint Shop, Line- 1 & line- 2).• Project Coordination (with Yamaha Japan, Yamaha India,)• Pre-treatment Parameter Validation & Process Control in Paint Line.• Painting Quality Parameter Validation and Control.• Welding Penetration Test Checking & Report Compilation.• Review operations and confer with technical staff to resolve quality problems.• Ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related documents. • Process optimization and Follow SOP & standards for production and complete any other related task assigned by the supervisor.• SMCS, QCPC, SICS related parameter control in paint shop.• Analyse any quality related issues by Root Cause Analysis process.• Formulation and implementation of 5S in Gemba activity.
