As my job at Orangetheory, I am responsible for creating a diverse environment that is pleasing to the staff as well as the member base in the studio. Working closely with our head coach, we make sure our studio is benefiting in all parts of the operations.-Properly managing and exceeding all OTF sales and operational budgets

Making sure our guests were happy and taken care of with all their beverage needs was the most important part of my job. Adapting to change was important while being fluid and stepping into other positions to help out. As a cosmetologist I am responsible for working closely with people and fulfilling their beauty needs while maintaining cheer and optimism.-Recommended styles and treatments based on clients' needs and appearances
-Met with new clients, providing effective hair consultations detailing expectations for color, style and cut
-Backed up reception desk by answering phones, scheduling appointments and processing payments
-Preformed nail services including Shellac, manicures and pedicures
