I recruit for business development, research and operations across our global offices.

In this dual role I worked closely with the recruiting and talent acquisition team to support recruiting initiatives while also supporting our CFO, CHRO, and Managing Director. I assisted in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. I also managed the calendars of 3-4 directors with accuracy and efficiency.

In my time in this role I was an key team player in supporting company operations through effective management of office and administrative functions. I assisted with the planning and execution of 2 company-wide offsite events. I also provided integral support with the launch of a Political Risk Summit in Tokyo, Japan.
