Do moich obowiązków należy:-obsługa realizacji umów o finansowanie projektów, staży i stypendiów:-weryfikacja formalna oraz składanie do podpisu projektów umów,-weryfikacja formalna oraz składanie do akceptacji wniosków o dokonanie zmian w projektach, w tym aneksów do umów,-monitorowanie terminowej realizacji umów, w tym składanie raportów rocznych w ramach realizowanych projektów,-kompleksowe prowadzenie dokumentacji w/w projektów,-obsługa systemu OSF w zakresie obsługi projektów,-udzielanie bieżącej informacji wnioskodawcom i beneficjentom;-sporządzanie wymaganych raportów oraz przekazywanie sprawozdań przełożonemu.

My duties include: - handling of project financing agreements, internships and scholarships: formal verification and submission of draft agreements for signing, - formal verification and submission for approval of applications for changes in projects, including annexes to agreements, - monitoring of timely implementation of agreements, including submission of annual reports within the framework of implemented projects, - comprehensive documentation of the above-mentioned projects, - maintenance of the OSF system in the scope of project servicing, - providing current information to applicants and beneficiaries; preparing the required reports and submitting them to the supervisor.

I was involved in small work related to the handling of research project documentation, including checking contracts and annual reports. The main task was to distribute the correspondence to individual people in my team.
