CurrentAs a Manager for Refresh Computers, I lead a team of 10 employees continuously providing proper staff training, conducting performance evaluations and identifying gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling. I support the management team in all HR related functions including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, employee relations, development, and performance management. When needed I leverage my expertise in disassembling laptops, and all in one PC’s for repair.>> Under my direction, revenue increased from $400k to $1.6 million over a multi- year period.>> Supervise and train employees on store protocols and procedures, developing professional demeanor and positive attitude to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.>> Maximized weekly sales while establishing consistent consumer base through exceptional customer service and knowledge of product.>> Saved the company a potential yearly loss by tracking and reporting daily inventory counts against movement of materials though efficient inventory control. >> Skilled in the merchandising and placement of goods, adhering to brand guidelines and developing presentations that are drawn to improve overall sales.>> Spearhead monthly store meetings and updates employees on store progression and new offerings.>> Effectively order and control the flow of inventory to assure that the store's most in-demand items are in stock and available in a timely manner. >> Optimize customer satisfaction and issue resolution by delivering customer service through observing, listening, interacting, and following up with each customer daily.>> Execute data recovery operations, data backups, transfers and troubleshoots network issues as it occurs and escalates to vendors, as necessary. >> Perform tasks such as optimization, virus removal, operating system re-installation, email configuration, and hardware replacement/ upgrade.
