Work with the sales team to properly sell and position success services.•As a platform champion with strong product knowledge, I monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, providing creative recommendations based on risk and customer needs.•Conduct periodic customer health-checks. Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases. Identify renewal risk and partner with internal teams to remedy and ensure a successful renewal.•Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.•Work with internal teams to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of Planview processes and best practices.
