Half my time at Lyft was spent at the intersection of Growth & Product Marketing, leading marketing and product improvements to increase activation, driver productivity, and reduce churn. The other half of my time at Lyft was spent taking over 20 new products to market. It was a wild ride, here are some highlights:- Launched the Lyft Driver app, an app built just for drivers, and drove 95% adoption.- Launched the Demand Schedule, increasing completed rides by nearly 1% through driver efficiency. - Launched Lyft Navigation, built with Google Maps, and drove over a million dollars in value.- Launched new driver onboarding communications flow.- Led first-of-its-kind product marketing strategy from concept to execution, leveraging a holistic narrative despite features launching iteratively. - Partnered closely with Product, Product Design, and Data Science to define user problems and ideate on improvements.- Owned the messaging architecture for each new product launch, working closely with the Creative team on asset development.- Partnered closely with the research team to deeply understand the driver audience, leveraging insights to inform product and marketing approach.
