As IT Business Enabler, I act as liaison between the lines of business and the IT team.In a business-focused role, I have the following responsibilities:- Understanding the needs of user AML CFT and Compliance departments.- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders (vendor, user and IT team related)- Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.- Acting as project manager to ensure the projects are implemented in accordance with business goals and timeline.In a technology-focused role, I have the following responsibilities:- Involving discussion with IT Solution Architecture to review for current design to target state- Implementing governance, process and procedures and control documents for the discipline to ensure continuous improvement.- Executing projects by documenting and analyzing business requirements to understand the business needs and working to align the needs with the technical solution.- Maintaining the stated project objectives together with the cost, time, scope, and quality- Supporting the IT quality assurance process by ensuring testability of the documented requirements.- Supporting the execution of project change management in partnership with the project team and the business.- Providing end users assistance with technical issues as well as production problems, by collaborating with internal IT team.- Managing outsourced relationships that can contribute to the business’ strategy.

- Provide support and maintenance application for Oracle PeopleSoftGL and PSAK. - Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution for Oracle PeopleSoft module such as (GL, Account Payable, Asset Management, Asset Receivable, and Expense) and PSAK 50/55. - Perform data analysis for GL report such as Trial Balance, Revaluation, and other finance report. - Understand customer requirement and doing analysis on current system to provide the appropriate technical solution.- Participate in reviews of systems and processes to ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement such as windows, UNIX, web logic, and oracle database patches. - Ensure effective change management and capacity management processes are in place for systems within your portfolio

- Provide support and maintenance application under Finance and DWH production such as DWH, SUNGL (GL and procurement), Business Object, BI Reporting (LBU, LHBU, LKPBU, SID)- Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution for completeness data on data warehouse, internal report and specific for BI report submit during period. - Perform data analysis for generating BI Reporting and Internal report using business object both periodic and ad hoc reports. - Understand customer data requirement and provide appropriate technical solution. - Participate in reviews of systems and processes to ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement such as windows and database patches. - Ensure effective change management and capacity management processes are in place for systems within your portfolio- Review technical specifications and documentation developed by team that meets business requirements for small enhancements to rectify production issue

- Doing operational, monitoring process and perform corrective action on systems as required by updating components including code, databases, interfaces, and reference data when necessary for application related with BI apps and reporting such as LBU, LHBU, LKPBU, SID, PSAK and Business object- Implement system updates into production in accordance with specific production readiness and change management protocols- Contribute on creation technical specifications and documentation that meets business requirements for small enhancements to rectify production issue- Work within a team environment and provide assistance in the management to complete associated tasks.- Analyze systems and applications and provide recommendations for each enhancement anddevelopment
