Kehinde is a practicing Civil and Structural Engineer with verified commitments to development of smart cities and infrastructure for sustainable living experiences.With over a decade worth of design and field experience, he has successfully pioneered, participated and provided support for projects in residential, commercial and urban categories with focus on value engineering at design and construction phases, including BIM Models for digital construction and Facility management all in view of shaping better built environments.As a digital transformation proponent and BIM advocate he researches and has facilitated well over 7500 hours of workshops and trainings for professionals in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Operations (AECO) industry on Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools and key project delivery concepts for wholesome practice. Kehinde is the founder of KadeyPRIME Group Limited and ProLeAP Africa - a community of AEC industry professionals committed to growth and advancement of young African professionals and the AEC industry at large. He has notably established corporate partnerships within and beyond Africa, with a promise to achieve even more for global to local shared opportunities.Beyond Engineering, Kehinde is a programmer, web developer, and continues to actively explore technology in knowledge fields of blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and very importantly, the harnessing of Big data for collective good. He is a certified Project Manager and remains an active member of several professional societies within and outside Nigeria including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
