Assist and report to four Directors on the North American Tours & Concerts team, working on marketing efforts for 40+ national tours.- Lead time-sensitive, cross-functional communication of tour assets, digital marketing plans, tour spends and promotions to internal departments and local marketing offices as well as external artist management and agency teams.- Utilize data analysis & visualization tools to compile comprehensive reports illustrating tour spends, fan demographics and artist information. Interpret, summarize and apply data to inform holistic marketing strategy.- Manage invoicing and track marketing expenses across 40+ national tours. Compile and submit settlement reports for each tour.- Work with Promotions team to coordinate and execute national tour promotions with media partners including iHeartRadio, SiriusXM, Tidal and Omaze. - Assist in the creative innovation of national tour marketing campaigns as well as the planning & execution of livestreams, press conferences and underplay shows.

Conceptualized, developed and executed co-branded studio partnerships and internal marketing campaigns geared towards increasing visibility and revenue. - Planned and executed branded activations both on and off-site with partners such as Revolve, Under Armour, Propel, good hYOUman, Sweetgreen and more. - Developed and implemented internal marketing initiatives across digital and traditional scopes to engage both new and existing clientele.- Measured and reported impressions and overall impact of activations. Analyzed and presented findings to continue optimizing strategy for studio and membership growth.
