Owner of the Patria LAND services’ digitalization development program, including a good understanding of the latest technology (e.g. IoT and AI). Member of the management team of Patria LAND.

Full responsibility for the Millog Riihimäki unit operations and result. Position included safety, capacity/demand, HR, productivity, cost efficiency, development, material and quality management. Position required active co-operation with customers and other Millog units. 180 subordinates. Member of the management team of Millog electronics and the extended management team of Millog.

Responsible for the crane electrical components manufacturing in the Equipment business area (European wide). Position included safety, capacity/demand, HR, productivity, cost efficiency, material and quality management, and required active co-operation with other Konecranes units and factories globally. Member of the management team of manufacturing. 160 subordinates in the electrical products supply chain.

Responsible for the internal sales of electrical systems and components and factory production line including punctuality and quality. Approximately 100 subordinates.

Responsible for the electrical component production start-up at Konecranes Shanghai factory starting from zero point ending to functional independent production line. Approximately 30 subordinates.
