Professional who wants to lead own organization for top results. I believe that the prerequisite for motivation is trust, which in turn is a prerequisite for development. I want to create an atmosphere of trust in my actions, both for my subordinates, my supervisor and others in my work community. I have experience in machine engineering, information, electronics, automation and electricity technologies. Long term projects and business development with marketing tools and own organization is my favourite job that I like to do.
