CurrentMy primary responsibilities were to oversee the entire administrative function within the organization. Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Main responsibilities included:● Responsible for all administrative work Secretary to C.E.O and general managers● Managing dispatch and receiving’s to stores Invoicing to clients● Assisting with Health and Safety, Training● Manage a team of support staff. ● Typing and sending of all quotations and guarantee’s● Organising meetings, arranging transport and accommodation, organising company events or conferences
