As a CSM at Koupon, I manage the day-to-day activity of our retail clients; which includes on-boarding new c-store clients, overseeing the execution of implementation of new technology within our clients' apps and websites, and executing on digital promotions on behalf of retail clients. I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify the key factors of retail success in order to drive product sales, streamline product operations and employ efficient marketing services.

• Provide support for an OEM Automotive Digital Marketing Program through data analysis, report generation, client presentations and vendor management • Monitor project status and open issues and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency in Digital Marketing• Work with internal and external teams to maintain and improve program-specific technology• Build engaging vendor relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations• Facilitate QA process for the digital program• Work collaboratively with the client team to identify new products or data opportunities to improve the value of the program

As an Account Executive with Brooksource I service our retail, commercial real estate and telecom clients in the DFW area. Brooksource specializes in all areas of Information Technology sourcing, with a large portion of our business in Application Development, Business Intelligence and Infrastructure support.• B2B sales providing clients with recruiting services for top IT talent.• Focus on building long-term relationships with clients in order to provide the highest level of service and delivery.• Constantly sharpening and re-inventing sales skills by cold calling, closing, negotiating contracts, prospecting, client management, customer service and delivery. • Strong follow-up skills. • Locate and recruit potential IT talent utilizing referrals, job postings, internet searches, careers fairs, networking events, and college resources.• Screen and place candidates according to position requirements utilizing phone and internal interviews, reference / background checks, and technical screens.• Review, critique, revise resumes and coach candidates through the interview process.• Foster and maintain contractor / consultant relationships through weekly correspondence, payroll assistance, monthly lunches, and constant client relations.• Negotiate contract terms including compensation rates, duration, and responsibilities.• Assist in business development by setting meetings, generating leads, networking, and attending client meetings and outings.
