 Managing and controlling Retirals Benefits operations (Employee’s Provident Fund Trust, Employee’s Gratuity fund Trust, Superannuation and Benevolent fund Trust); Coordindating and maintaining PF data for PF inspection during the year as per RPFC guidelines; Preparing monthly MIS on PF Trust i.e. Active & Dormant member, Investment portfolio, Cash Flow, Fair valuation of investments, Investment ratings - downgrades or upgrades (if any), details of Interest due but not realized on due dates and other information related to Trust; Coordinating with outsourced vendor for data, information relating to Trust account and reviewing of Trust financials for corrective action; Maintaining and tracking monthly Statutory payment such as PF & EPS contribution to Trust and RPFC, ESIC, PT, gratuity and reconcilation of laibilities Vs payment for accuracy and correctness; Co-ordinating with Tax Consutant for closing of notices received from Income tax department on timely basis and filling of ITR for the Trust within due date; Co-ordinating with LIC (P&GS) Team for employees gratuity claim disbursement and Annual data renewal; Reviewing invoices and processing payments, Processing and verifying payroll, PF & Gratuity settlement payment; Preparing Daily Actual Cash Flow for a day; Conducting daily downloading of bank statement & fortnightly reconciliation;

Key Result Areas: Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms; overseeing preparation and maintenance of P&L Account and Balance Sheet; Generating Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Analysis to ensure accuracy in the accounting statements; Liaising with statutory/ internal auditors for timely completion of audits & implementation of audit observations; Managing payroll (Cost Accrual / Provision Entries) and tax related statutory & regulatory compliances & completing them in the legal tool; Responsible for Closing all the monthly accounting activities related to regular payroll and Final Settlement; Preparing Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Schedules with data accuracy for efficiency in the functional process; Handling Year End Activities like Income Tax /PF/ESIC/Prof.Tax Reconciliations; Managing and processing Payroll for India and APAC Countries like Australia, Singapore, Japan, China , Malaysia, Philippines, Mauritius across these regions; Responsible for these countries timely statutory payments & compliances; Handling Year End Activities like Issuing Year End tax certificates, Reconciling Annual Wage & Tax Register; Checking for recovering of travel and salary advance recovery from employee payroll; Handling employee queries for Payroll and full & final settlement within TAT; Flawless Implementation of ADP vendor for all the APAC countries for payroll for Legacy Igate;
