Led senior Naval Officers and enlisted personnel in the management of a critical manpower program to augment active duty personnel with over 20,000 reservists in critical combat roles during operations Noble Eagle, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. -Program Manager that coordinates with Combatant Commanders to assign mobilized reservists to strategic areas of suspected terrorist activities. -Lead senior Naval Officers and enlisted personnel to develop a manpower program to augment active duty personnel with over 20,000 reservists in critical combat roles during operations Noble Eagle, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. -Proactively developed standardized process that would ensure that reserve manpower assets were effectively managed that resulted in the 20% reduction of errors ensuring that the “right” trained and experienced warfighter was placed in the “right” need at the “right” time. Process was so successful that it was used as the template in Navy wide software process design. -Flew carrier based tactical flight missions that include flying 46 combat sorties during Operation Desert Storm. Awarded the Strike Flight Air Medal and two Navy Commendation medals with valor for combat actions. Served in various leadership positions; -Assistant operations officer where I lead squadron tactical operation detachments of officers and enlisted personnel - Tactics officer where I lead officers in the development and implementation of new operational tactical training and actual combat sorties to meet desired tactical objectives. -Commanded an advanced aviation training school, responsible for analyzing, design, development, implementation and evaluation of specialized training for Navy and Marine Corps maintainers and training of high risk of capture warriors in the art of Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape.
