My time at LTK Consultants was undertaken during the period after finishing placement and starting back on my course.My main responsibilities included: Call handling, providing excellent advice and helping implement training techniques to help the new starters learn the role.While working at LTK, I gained valuable experience. I was often a team leader which helped me develop strong interpersonal skills and how to efficiently coordinate a team towards a goal.

I completed a 12-month Management Trainee scheme at Enterprise Holdings. I had gained numerous branch-level responsibilities, such as: Corporate/Car Club marketing; maintaining/beginning strong corporate relationships; delivering exceptional customer service to both the general public and corporate clients; gathering invoices and minimising corporate debt; arranging car delivery/collections according to area to reduce travel time; corporate and insurance admin work to make sure the customer was fully insured on the vehicles. I volunteered to take on additional responsibilities, such as: Fuel captain, area representative for the quartile employee focus meetings and student car club representative at Universities.

I worked at Homebase, part-time, for 2 years while studying my A-Levels.My responsibilities included: Promoting general sales, operating checkouts and SAP system, seasonal matte master and mixlab paint mixer. The main feature of this role was working in a team, so this experience excelled my ability to work effectively in a team and attain goals
