In 2015, hired as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach of Sussex County Community College to reboot, recruit and turn around the program which had been previously disbanded. In her five years, she flipped the program into a top competitor. In 2016-17, tied the overall wins record of the college.In 2017-18, broke every record that had previously stood for the program (Best Record, Most Season Wins, First Female Thousand Point Scorer, First Playoff Seed, Highest Rank, Most Points in a Single Game, Best Career Three Point Record, etc.)In 2018-19, she had the best league (13-8) and overall record (16-11), received a #5 playoff seed, and made it into the Final Four of the Region 19 Tournament for the first time in college history. One player set school record for points in a single season - 684. in 2019-20, she led her team to playoffs for the third time in a row. Had the College's second 1000 point scorer and first female to pass 500 rebounds. The single game scoring and total points record was reset. The majority of her team was recruited to play at the next level. During her time, recruited and developed:Two First Team All-Conference Players Three All-Region Players (Two First team, one Third)15 Academic All-Americans (2015-19)The college’s first and second female thousand point scorer Two additional players who accumulated over 500 points in a single season.The college’s first player to surpass 500 reboundsTwo players on the national leaderboard in scoring; one on the top ten national leaderboard in 8 different categories (scoring, rebounding, steals).She was responsible for game management, player development, hiring and managing an assistant coach, running and scheduling practices, conducting team meetings, study halls and film sessions, developing summer workouts and lifting programs, creating scouting reports, recruiting players, driving the college vans, and writing sports articles for women's’ basketball on the college website.
