My responsibilities include recruiting and training teachers, both locally and internationally. I am in charge of creating and developing company materials, training materials, and international documents. I am responsible for data analysis and presentation for beginning and end of year summaries. I am the International liaison for teachers participating in our program with the local teachers in South Carolina.

My responsibilities include creating and maintaining an effective learning environment, developing lesson plans for my team, maintaining communication with parents and administration, keeping track of student records and data, keeping current with major educational trends.

My responsibilities included providing care and assistance to special need students, write and create detailed lessons and that ensure student learning, record and track student behaviors and activities, use IEP’s and Behavior Plans to structure the child’s day, have open communication with child’s parents to inform them of the gains and achievements the child is making.
