I have helped create incredible employee experiences through my 15 years of work in the customer service and sales industries. I have developed a passion for creating communities, developing interpersonal relationships, and engaging colleagues.Through my experience in Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac and Nissan Downtown I developed instructional, leadership, and customer experience skills that I continue to bring to each aspect of my work and hobbies. I have proven to be an exceptional communicator who approaches tasks with passion, clarity, and empathy. I am current working with Ultra PRO International to bring those skills to a remote, online customer service environment. I have demonstrated my organizational and time management skills and approached new responsibilities with optimism and enthusiasm. I thrive in a diverse and creative environment with engaging tasks and new challenges.
