As a student at Vanderbilt Law School, I am interested in the intersection of data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare law. My background in developing data-driven marketing strategies, particularly in the healthcare industry, has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges that health systems and health tech companies face, especially regarding regulatory compliance and data protection. At Augusto Digital, a digital solutions agency focused on healthcare organizations, I developed marketing strategies that integrated data analysis, content creation, and compliance with industry regulations. This experience strengthened my understanding of the privacy and cybersecurity challenges that are critical in today’s digital health landscape.Additionally, my role at Varnum LLP, one of the largest law firms in Grand Rapids, allowed me to apply my skills in a legal setting. I revitalized the social media footprint for the firm, launching its first-ever Instagram profile and developing a strategy that allowed the firm to reach more prospective law students for their summer associate program. I also implemented an advanced analytics system, providing insights that helped leadership optimize audience targeting and generate new business for the firm’s attorneys.I’m eager to further explore the intersection of law, technology, and privacy, and I welcome opportunities to connect with professionals who share my interests.Contact me at kaitlyn.fox@vanderbilt.edu
