I am currently a Senior at the University of South Carolina, with a Public Relations major and Retail minor. I hope to work for a Public Relations firm or organization while incorporating my skills in design, writing, and social media. I plan to use my creative abilities with my major in PR to build an audience for a brand and/or company. I have managed social media for a start-up clothing company and was able to learn about different marketing strategies and how they rely onto different media platforms. I was also able to increase Instagram engagement by posting multiple targeted reels/posts a day and create a brand image for the company. I have also worked in-store at a local boutique working on their store merchandising and social media output. I did daily posts and reels, for example, fun videos to get people to come into the store and events that were held. I also helped choose inventory for the store and created product posts for popular pieces.I am currently a part of Bloosom Magazine, where I work as a stylist/designer and conceptualize photo shoot ideas as well as style the models, source clothing, figure out the location, and create a theme for the shoot. I am also currently working on a mini collection of clothes for one of the fashion shoots for the magazine.
